The house is located in a peaceful area with privately owned holiday houses, and it was built in 2003. You find the area in the end of a blind alley, which means that it’s free of traffic, even in the peak season.

The house consists of 80 square metres divided in two levels with a polished marble floor. It’s a large site and lots of space around the house. The terrace has a pergola and is also well equipped with outdoor furniture. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbeque.

In the lower ground floor you find two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both of the bedrooms have a double bed. In the largest room you will also find two extra camp beds for guest and a crib / child bed in this room. The second bedroom has a bunk bed as well. Bedclothes are included. The bathroom is fully equipped with towels (not for use at the beach), washing machine and iron for you to use.

The ground floor consists of a large kitchen and a living room. The kitchen has space to eat (table and chairs). There is also a dishwasher, stove and a refrigerator with a freeze. The kitchen also contains electrical devises such as a coffee machine, a toaster, a blender etc.

The living room is tastefully decorated in a typical Greek style. It has a TV and a stereo.
