The two best ways to get to Naxos Island, is either by a charter plane to Santorini or Mykonos, or by plane to Athens. From Santorini, it’s a three hour boat trip (or one - two hour boat trip by a high speed ferry), to Naxos. If you choose a flight to Athens, there are several options to get to the island. The quickest way is to fly with Olympic Airways. There are one – two departures a day. But notice, you have to make reservations early.

If you like to travel by boat, you can choose between Blue Star Ferries (six – seven hours) or a high speed ferry (three – four hours). To catch the ferries you go by buss, metro or a taxi from the airport to the port of Pireus. (You should estimate one and half an hour to be sure).

During the peak season, high speed ferries from the port of Rafina (half an hour from the airport), is also an option.

The house is located at the beach of Kastraki, about 16 km from Chora, the city of Naxos. To get there you can either take the bus, a taxi or rent a car. We recommend a car. That way you really get to experience and explore the island.
